Final Webinar: Project Results

The final dissemination webinar of the HEARTS project presented the main results of the project and explored how digital and AI tools can be used as supportive resources in youth work addressing mental health and well-being.

During the webinar, participants learned about the project methodology, the testing of digital tools with young people, and the four functional categories of tools identified during the project.

The session also introduced the HEARTS Toolkit, a practical guide designed to support youth workers and organisations in integrating digital tools into activities focused on emotional well-being, reflection, and dialogue with young people.

Below you can access the webinar recording, presentation slides, and selected photos from the event.
