Final Webinar: Project Results
The final dissemination webinar of the HEARTS project presented the main results of the project and explored how digital and AI tools can be used as supportive resources in youth work addressing mental health and well-being.
During the webinar, participants learned about the project methodology, the testing of digital tools with young people, and the four functional categories of tools identified during the project.
The session also introduced the HEARTS Toolkit, a practical guide designed to support youth workers and organisations in integrating digital tools into activities focused on emotional well-being, reflection, and dialogue with young people.
Below you can access the webinar recording, presentation slides, and selected photos from the event.

HEARTS Training Materials
Here you can access and download the main educational and practical materials developed and used during the HEARTS training course. This collection brings together resources created throughout the project in order to support youth workers, educators, trainers, and organizations interested in digital wellbeing, mental health promotion, and ethical use of digital and AI tools in youth work.
The materials are organized by training days (Day 1 – Day 5) and include complete workshop drafts, session outlines, facilitation methods, practical activities, reflection exercises, and learning materials explored during the international training course. In addition, visitors can download the full training agenda, the HEARTS InfoPack, and key reference documents such as the Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp 2.2).
These resources were developed through international cooperation and peer-learning processes involving partner organizations, trainers, and participants from different countries. The materials combine practical non-formal education methods with digital and AI-supported approaches to mental health, emotional wellbeing, inclusion, and youth participation.
All resources are freely available for educational and non-commercial use. We encourage youth workers and organizations to adapt the activities and workshop concepts to their local contexts, communities, and target groups while promoting safe, inclusive, and human-centered digital environments for young people.
Mental Health Survey & Needs Analysis
This report presents the results of the Mental Health Survey conducted within the HEARTS project as part of the initial needs analysis phase. The research explored the experiences, challenges, and needs of young people and youth workers related to mental health, digital wellbeing, emotional support, and the use of digital and AI tools in youth work.
The survey findings helped shape the structure and educational approach of the training course by identifying key areas where participants needed additional knowledge, practical tools, and support. Topics explored in the report include stress, anxiety, online pressure, emotional wellbeing, digital habits, accessibility of support systems, and attitudes toward digital mental health tools.
The report also provides valuable insights for youth organizations, educators, trainers, and policymakers interested in developing safer, more inclusive, and more responsive approaches to youth mental health in digital environments.
