Our Impact
The HEARTS project is more than a training program – it is a movement that brings digital innovation into the service of mental health. By equipping youth workers with new skills and tools, we are creating ripple effects that reach young people, communities, and the wider youth sector across Europe.

Empowered Youth Workers
Sixteen youth workers from four countries took part in our intensive training. They learned how to use digital and AI tools to better support young people, gaining confidence to integrate technology into their daily practice. Each trained professional now acts as a multiplier, sharing knowledge and resources with colleagues and local networks.

Stronger Young Minds
Over 240 young people participated in workshops where they explored digital tools that support mental well-being. Many came from rural areas and communities with fewer opportunities. For them, access to innovative methods meant a chance to talk openly about mental health and discover practical tools they can use in their everyday lives.

Innovation in Youth Work
Through our project, youth work is moving forward. By blending technology with established practices, we showed that mental health support can be more accessible, inclusive, and creative. The e-book we created ensures that our insights and methods will continue to spread, reaching professionals far beyond the immediate project circle.

The impact of HEARTS will not end with the project. Our partners will continue to use digital and AI tools in their daily work, ensuring sustainability. By breaking down barriers of geography, stigma, and accessibility, we are contributing to a Europe where every young person can find support for their mental well-being.
