Who We Work With

At the heart of our project are the people we work with. Our initiative brings together youth workers, professionals, and young people themselves – building bridges to better mental health through digital and AI tools.

Youth Workers & Professionals

Youth workers, trainers, social workers, psychologists, and educators are the driving force behind this project. They will take part in a comprehensive training program designed to strengthen their digital and AI skills, empowering them to provide more effective and inclusive mental health support. By mastering new tools, they will be able to reach more young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, and create innovative practices that shape the future of youth work.

Young People (16–25)

The second core group are young people, aged 16 to 25. This is a life stage filled with challenges, transitions, and important decisions – a period when mental well-being matters more than ever. Through workshops, educational materials, and interactive activities, young participants will explore digital tools that help them understand, protect, and improve their mental health. Special attention is given to those living in rural areas, young people with fewer opportunities, and those facing disadvantages.

Inclusion & Diversity

Our project is built on inclusion. We aim to ensure gender balance, represent different ages and levels of experience, and involve participants who work with or belong to disadvantaged groups. From rural communities to youth with disabilities, diversity is not just a goal – it is a guiding principle that strengthens every step of our work.

cultural sensitivity

By focusing on both professionals and young people, we are building a community where mental health is supported, resources are accessible, and digital innovation creates new opportunities for all.
