The second day delved into the intersection of mental health and digital transformation. Morning sessions explored how technology affects youth work and wellbeing, followed by in-depth discussions on building mental health strategies in digital spaces.


Participants tested and reviewed several mental health apps such as Wysa, Daylio, How We Feel, and Insight Timer, discussing their potential use in non-formal education. The reflection time at the end of the day allowed everyone to share personal takeaways, before enjoying an intercultural evening where each national team presented its country through food, music, and stories.
