On December 15th, 2025, EMA organized the online workshop “Mental Health: Understanding Exam Stress and Supporting Techniques”, bringing together university students for a discussion on stress management and emotional wellbeing during exam periods.
Facilitated by Abdul Musawir and Sahar Barzaq, the workshop explored practical methods for managing academic pressure, maintaining focus, and using digital tools to support mental health.
Participants actively exchanged experiences and reflected on the challenges students face during exams and periods of increased stress.
