The final dissemination webinar of the Erasmus+ project HEARTS – Harnessing Digital and AI Tools for the Mental Health of Youth was successfully held online, bringing together youth workers, educators, and professionals interested in the ethical use of digital tools for youth well-being.
During the 90-minute session, the project partnership presented the main results of the project, including the methodology used to test digital and AI tools in youth work settings and the key lessons learned through workshops with young people.
Participants explored four functional categories of digital tools that can support youth mental health in an educational context and discussed practical examples of how these tools can be used in everyday youth work practice.
The webinar also introduced the HEARTS Toolkit, a practical resource designed to help youth workers integrate digital tools into activities that support emotional well-being, reflection, and dialogue with young people.
The session concluded with an open discussion and exchange of experiences among participants. Read the full report here.
