HEARTS Workshop Materials and Educational Resources Now Available Online

The HEARTS Project partnership has officially published the complete collection of workshop materials and educational resources developed during the implementation of local youth workshops across Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, and Belgium.

Throughout the project, trained youth workers and facilitators worked directly with young people through interactive workshops focused on mental health awareness, emotional literacy, resilience, digital well-being, and the responsible use of digital and AI-supported tools. The activities combined non-formal education methods with practical digital approaches, creating safe and engaging spaces for discussion, reflection, and learning.

To ensure the long-term sustainability and accessibility of the project results, the partnership prepared a comprehensive set of materials that can now be freely accessed and used by youth workers, educators, teachers, NGOs, schools, and other professionals working with young people.

The published resources include:

  • detailed workshop descriptions,
  • facilitator guidelines,
  • activity instructions,
  • presentations and worksheets,
  • printable materials,
  • exercises and group activities,
  • supporting educational resources used during the workshops.

The materials were tested in practice during the HEARTS workshops and are designed to be adaptable to different educational and youth work contexts. By openly sharing these resources, the project aims to encourage wider use of innovative and accessible approaches to youth mental health support across local communities and international youth work settings.

All workshop materials are available free of charge in the Resources section of the project website.
