On February 12th, 2026, the “Mind Upgrade” workshop was held at the Industrial-Vocational High School in Nova Gradiška, bringing together 15 students in an interactive and dynamic learning experience.
Facilitated by Manuela Strinavić and Klara Harambašić, the workshop introduced participants to mindfulness, digital habits, and practical strategies for improving focus and well-being. Students responded with high enthusiasm, especially appreciating the non-formal, interactive approach compared to traditional classroom teaching.
Through group work, discussions, and creative exercises, participants reflected on their daily digital habits and developed their own personal focus plans.
