HEARTS Toolkit Published

The HEARTS project consortium is pleased to announce the publication of the HEARTS Toolkit – Digital & AI Tools for Youth Mental Health, a comprehensive resource developed to support youth workers in addressing the mental health needs of young people in a digital age.

The toolkit brings together research insights, practical methodologies, and educational resources created during the project. It provides youth workers with guidance on how to understand, select, and safely use digital and AI-based tools that support emotional well-being, self-reflection, and stress management among young people.

In addition to explaining the opportunities and limitations of digital mental health tools, the toolkit also includes:

• training modules for youth workers
• workshop models for working with young people
• practical worksheets and educational templates
• evaluation tools and reflection materials
• guidance on inclusion, accessibility, and ethical use of digital technologies.

The resource was developed collaboratively by the HEARTS project partners and is designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, and organisations working with young people.

The toolkit can be freely downloaded from the Results section of the HEARTS project website.
