We are proud to announce that the HEARTS Toolkit has now been officially published and is available in all partner languages — English, Serbian, French, Hungarian, and Croatian.
This important milestone marks the culmination of extensive collaboration, research, and practical work carried out throughout the project. The Toolkit has been carefully developed as a comprehensive and user-friendly resource for youth workers, educators, and all professionals working with young people, with a particular focus on supporting mental health through the use of digital and AI tools.
Designed to be both practical and adaptable, the HEARTS Toolkit offers a wide range of methods, tools, and approaches that can be directly applied in everyday youth work. It reflects the knowledge, experiences, and good practices gathered during the training activities and workshops implemented within the project.
By making the Toolkit available in multiple languages, the partnership ensures greater accessibility, inclusivity, and impact across different communities and contexts. This allows professionals and organizations from various countries to benefit from the materials and integrate them into their own work more easily.
The Toolkit is completely free of charge and can be accessed and downloaded directly from the Resources section of our website.
We invite all youth workers, educators, and organizations to explore the Toolkit, use it in their practice, and contribute to strengthening mental health support for young people through innovative digital solutions.
